Odisha Will Continue to Sponsor Indian Men's and Women's Hockey Teams for Another 10 Years, Says CM Naveen Patnaik
Odisha will continue to sponsor both Indian men's and women's hockey teams, CM Naveen Patnaik confirmed. Adding that the state will sponsor the teams for another 10 years. In the recently concluded Tokyo Olympic Games 2020, men's hockey team won a medal after a gap of 41 years while women's team qualified for the semis for the first time.
CM Naveen Patnaik confirmed that Odisha will continue to sponsor both Indian men's and women's hockey teams. CM also confirmed that the sponsorship will last for another 10 years.
