It’s 35 years since the infamous 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy took place on December 2-3, 1984. The Bhopal gas tragedy is Considered to be the world's worst industrial disaster. It was a consequence of a gas leak incident at the Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) pesticide plant. Over 15,000 died and many thousands suffered severely and permanently disabling injuries.
