Nagaon (Assam) [India], October (ANI): A unique Durga Puja pandal decorated with coins worth more than Rs 11 lakh has garnered lots of attraction amomg people in Assam's Nagaon district.
Shani Mandir Durga Puja pandal at Haiborgaon in Nagaon district, along with the premises, has been decorated with coins.

Coins of all denominations, including Rs 1, Rs 2, Rs 5, and Rs 10, have been used to set up the pandal.
Raju Choudhury, an artist who built the puja pandal, told ANI that coins worth Rs 11.26 lakh have been used to decorate the pandal.

"We have used coins of various denominations, including Rs 1, Rs 2, Rs 5 and Rs 10 to decorate the pandal. The coins have been stuck on plyboards. We have collected the coins from the State Bank of India and other small businessmen," Raju Choudhury said.
Durga Puja's festive fervour has been gripped in Assam along with other parts of the country. (ANI)
