Mumbai, Sep 21 (PTI) Electric mobility solutions provider Magenta Mobility on Monday said it has expanded its services to Surat in Gujarat, with the launch of its electric three and four-wheeler cargo fleet in the city.

Driven by its target to transition from 1,000 to 10,000 to electric vehicles on the road by 2024 and strengthen its presence, Magenta Mobility is actively exploring new cities, the company said.

It is currently operating in cities like Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.

Magenta Mobility manages a fleet of more than 1,200 electric vehicles serving clients in various sectors, such as e-commerce, grocery delivery, FMCG, food, and pharmaceuticals for their last-mile deliveries, as per the company. **** *Star Air expands flight network to Ajmer

Regional carrier Star Air on Thursday announced the expansion of its flight network, with the introduction of new routes connecting Nagpur and Hyderabad with Kishangarh airport in Ajmer (Rajasthan), starting September 30.

These new routes, part of 40 routes awarded to Star Air under the government's regional connectivity scheme UDAAN, will provide convenient and seamless travel options for passengers visiting the cities of Ajmer and Pushkar, the airline said.

The services on these new non-stop services will be catered by an Embraer E175 aircraft, it said.
