New Delhi, Sep 7 (PTI) Unicorn proptech firm NoBroker on Thursday said it has introduced a new feature on its platform to help customers search properties near metro line for faster commute.
The company said in a statement that "metro-based property search" on its platform will enable consumers to choose from a wider array of options within their budget.
This search engine will be available in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi-National Capital Region.
"Previously, individuals were limited to searching for residences near their workplaces, measured in kilometers. However, with the metro-based search feature, individuals now have the flexibility to explore homes along the nearest metro line to their workplace," the statement said.

NIIT MTS invests in EIT InnoEnergy
NIIT Managed Training Services (MTS) on Thursday said it has made an investment in European sustainable energy company EIT InnoEnergy.
However, the investment details were not disclosed.
Earlier this week, EIT InnoEnergy had raised Euro 140 million (Rs 1,247 crore) in a private placement round that saw the participation of multiple investors, including NIIT.
"We have strategically invested in EIT InnoEnergy as a shareholder to reinforce our commitment to the partnership," NIIT MTS Chief Business Officer Sailesh Lalla said.
