Mumbai, Aug 8 (PTI)International Tractors, which makes the Sonalika and Solis brands of tractors reported a 108 percent jump volume at 1,861 units in July.
"We have recorded a 108 percent growth in our July volume by billing 1,861 tractors against 906 units in the same period last year," the Punjab-based farm equipment manufacturer said.
"We have surpassed our previous record and secured top position in exports with a triple digit growth of 108 percent in July," Deepak Mittal, managing director said, adding the cumulative sales in the April-July period stood at 5,155 units.
Strategic partnerships with international brands like Yanmar o Japan and Argo of Italy have supported the company to expand much faster in the global markets especially in the European, US and Saarc markets, he said.
