Narayana Murthy Gifts Infosys Shares Worth Rs 240 Crore To Four-Month-Old Grandson; Ekagrah Rohan Murty Becomes The Youngest Billionaire Shareholder Of The Company

The youngest billionaire shareholder of Infosys is Narayana Murthy’s four-month-old grandson. Infosys founder N R Narayana Murthy has gifted 15 lakh shares to grandson Ekagrah Rohan Murty. The shares are valued at Rs 240 crore, as per a regulatory filing. Murthy has gifted 0.04 per cent of his equity holding, to Rohan Narayana Murty’s son Master Ekagrah Rohan Murty - making him the youngest billionaire shareholder of Infosys. Ekagrah is the third grandchild of Narayana Murthy. Narayana Murthy’s first two grandchildren are daughters of Akshata Murty and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
