New Delhi [India], Mar 8 (ANI): Congress on Friday appointed leader of the opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad as chairman of Campaign and Election Management Committee (CEMC) for Jammu and Kashmir.The committee of nine members chaired by Azad includes Ghulam Ahmed Mir, Nawang Ringzin Zora, Tariq Hamid Karra, Saifuddin Soz, Tara Chand, Madanlal Sharma, GM Saroori and Asgar Ali Karbalai. Earlier, Azad was named as All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary in-charge for Haryana.
