After the smashing teaser of the film that had us stunned with Charlize Theron's gobsmacking transformation into Fox News journalist, Megyn Kelly, the trailer is now here. Bombshell which is based on the famed Fox News scandal where Kelly and others stood-up against the organisation's toxic, sexist culture. In the film, while Megyn Kelly's character is essayed by Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman is seen playing the character of Gretchen Carlson, and a fictional character of an associate producer named Kayla Pospisil will star Margot Robbie. Bombshell Teaser: Charlize Theron is a Spitting Image of Fox News’ Megyn Kelly; Nicole Kidman and Margot Robbie Also Star in the Scandal Drama.

The trailer shows us what truly goes on in the Fox newsroom and how they determine what story will sell like hotcakes. The friendly banter between the male and female co-hosts is not 'friendly' and simply sexist and we are soon to witness a change as women like Carlson and Kelly stand-up against this culture. President Trump also makes an appearance on a TV screen. The trailer showcases the epic Kelly-Trump feud that had him saying, "There was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.”

It looks like this film is certainly going to leave the audiences divided considering all Trump and Fox News supporters will be criticising it. Written by Charles Randolph, Bombshell will recount the 2016 allegations that shook the media industry against chairman and CEO of Fox News, Roger Ailes who will be played by John Lithgow in the film. Bombshell also stars Kate McKinnon, Connie Britton, Mark Duplass, Rob Delaney, Malcolm McDowell, Allison Janney in key roles and is scheduled to release on December 20, 2019.
