Patna, Sep 25: Bihar deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi landed in a soup after he 'pleaded' with folded hands to criminals for not making nuisance during Pitru Paksha. A video is going viral in which Sushil Kumar Modi is seen appealing criminals for giving up their anti-social activities at least during Pitru Paksha.
