Kidambi Srikanth Settles for Silver in BWF World Badminton Championships 2021 After Defeat to Loh Kean Yew in Final
This was a historic achievement for Srikanth, who, a day ago, became the first Indian male badminton player to make it to the final of the World Championships by defeating compatriot Lakshya Sen in a closely-fought match. Sen, who won bronze, also became the youngest Indian to secure a podium finish at the World Championships.
Kidambi Srikanth settled for silver after facing defeat to Loh Kean Yew in the BWF World Badminton Championships final in Spain. He lost 15-21, 20-22.
