Simdega, Aug 21 (PTI) Three inmates of a juvenile remand home escaped from the home in Jharkhand's Simdega district today, a senior police officer said.

Superintendent of Police, Sanjeev Kumar said police investigation has been started to find out how the three juvenile convicts escaped from the remand home located in Simdega town.

The SP placed under suspension two havildars and a constable who were on duty at the home when the three inmates escaped.

The three inmates who escaped from the home were arrested a day before from Bano police station limit of the district on charges of motorcycle theft, sources said.
