Diet of Shikhar Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan is a sportsman, who gets most of his energy from carbohydrates. Dhawan makes sure that he eats proper amounts of carbohydrates to have adequate glycogen storage in his skeletal muscles which are required to release good amount of Adenosine Tri-Phosphate (ATP) at the time of training.
