A 20-year-old man drowned off the Juhu Jetty in Juhu Koliwada on Saturday evening while reportedly taking photographs with friends. Lifeguards on duty managed to pull him out and rushed him to Cooper Hospital. However, he was declared dead on arrival by doctors at the hospital.
