Bangladesh A beat India A via Super Over to qualify for the Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025 final, handing Jitesh Sharma and co a shock defeat at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium, Doha on Friday, November 21. It was an absolute thriller of a semi-final in Doha as India A scored 194/6 in response to Bangladesh's total, which too also 194/6. In the Super Over, India A batted first and lost both wickets off the first two balls with no runs on the board. Ripon Mondol dismissed India A captain Jitesh Sharma and Ashutosh Sharma and it meant Bangladesh A needed just one run to win the Super Over. In Bangladesh A's innings, they lost Yasir Ali off the first ball, with Suyash Sharma taking the wicket. But the next ball was a wide by Suyash Sharma, which resulted in Bangladesh A's win.
