Roger Federer fell during a match in the ongoing Laver Cup 2019. The incident occurred during the men's doubles match of Roger Federer & Alexander Zverev vs Jack Sock & Denis Shapovalov. While playing a shot near the nets, the Swiss tennis legend fell on the court after losing his balance. However, he stood up again and resumed the game. Laver Cup shared the video of the moment on their official Twitter account.

While some urged Federer to take care, some others commented that their heartbeat stopped for a moment after watching Federer falling on the court. After falling, Federer stood up again and resumed the game to win it along with his doubles partner Zverev. Team Europe men’s doubles team Roger Federer & Alexander Zverev outclassed Team World Jack Sock & Denis Shapovalov in straight sets 6-3, 7-5. In another video, Roger Federer was seen coaching Fabio Fognini along with Rafael Nadal. Both the players were helping Fognini during his match against American tennis player Jack Sock. The Laver Cup tennis tournament is played between two teams, Team Europe and Team World. While players of European countries play in Team Europe, all the players from non-European countries play for Team World. Laver Cup 2019 started on September 20 and will end on September 22.
