Pune (Maharashtra) [India], June 21 (ANI): The Pune police have filed an FIR against two youths for performing a life-threatening stunt for a reel video from a high-rise abandoned building without any safety gear, said an official on Friday.

The video that has gone viral shows the woman hanging from a man's hand on the roof of a deserted building near Swaminarayan Temple in the Katraj area of Pune city.

After the daredevil reel went viral on social media, Pune police took cognizance of the video and booked the duo under IPC sections 336, 334, and 308.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Smartna Patil, "After this life-threatening video went viral on social media, police filed a case under IPC sections 336 and 334, but after both individuals involved in making the reel were identified with the help of a cyber expert, we have added IPC section 308 in the FIR registered at Bharti Vidyapeeth Police station."

The official further said that the duo used no precautions or protections while making the video. Therefore, we have booked both.

"We are investigating the case, further details into the matter is awaited," said the DCP. (ANI)
