New Delhi [India], September 23 (ANI): A total of 11 vehicles were damaged in east Delhi’s Dilshad Garden area on Saturday afternoon after a school’s wall collapsed on them, officials said.
The backside wall of Mukherjee School which touches SG Pocket of Dilshad Garden also took down with it a few trees and the railing of school, added the police official. However, no injuries were reported in the incident.
While the fresh spells of rain lashed parts of the national capital in the mid hours of Saturday bringing down the temperature in the city.
Visuals from near India Gate show cars, autorickshaws and scooter-borne riders traversing the wet roads through the rains.

The rainfall comes as a major relief for the people of the city from the week-long sultry heat. Various areas of Delhi including RK Puram, Lok Kalyan Marg, and India Gate witnessed fresh showers. (ANI)
