New Delhi [India], September 21 (ANI): Two suspects have been detained in connection with a firing incident reported in North West Delhi's Adarsh Nagar area on Saturday, police said.

According to officials, locals said that unidentified people fired several gunshots in the air. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, though the gunshots caused chaos in the area.

Upon receiving information, a team of officers from a nearby police station reached the spot and brought the situation under control.

"No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident," officials said.

"The two detained individuals are being questioned to determine the motive behind the shooting," officials said.
