Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 3 (ANI): Near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus station in Mumbai, a speeding car collided with four pedestrians, resulting in severe injuries.
The 80-year-old car driver, identified as Dilip Chatwani driving a four-wheeler Tata Tiago, ran over the pedestrians on the road. He lives in Mahim and is a metal trading businessman.

The police took the car driver into custody and started further proceedings.
The victims have been identified as Vijay Ramavadh Rajbhar (18), Sadam Ansari (17), Ajay Gupta (18) and Pravin (18). All of them lived in Colaba, where they had gone to play football and were going to CST station to board a train.
The incident happened at the CST junction in front of McDonald's near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus station at around 7:30 PM.
The victims were admitted to the ICU of the nearby St. George Hospital and all are undergoing treatment.
According to police, the driver of the car was operating at an excessive speed, leading to a loss of control over the vehicle. (ANI)
