Ballia, Apr 26 (PTI) A 27-year-old woman and her daughter were killed on Sunday after they were hit by a car, police said.

The victims were identified as Usha Devi and her daughter Pushpanjali, 12.

A case has been registered against the unidentified car driver and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem, the police said.
