The unfortunate incident took place in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur. A video of he incident showing the woman principal of Usva Babu Secondary School and the cook engaging in a physical altercation has also gone viral on social media. It is reported that the situation escalated to such a level that the cook grabbed the principal by her hair and threw her to the ground. The viral video shows other staff members of the school intervening and separating the two after the ugly brawl.
