Aurangabad, Aug 6 (PTI) Aurangabad in Maharashtra recorded a rise of 283 coronavirus cases on Thursday, following which the district's total reached 15,774, an official said.
With the death of nine patients, the fatality count in the district went up to 509.

After recovery, 155 patients were discharged from hospitals, that took the tally of such persons to 11,676, he said.

Three-time Grand Slam semifinalist Grigor Dimitrov, who is currently No. 19, and his opponent in Croatia on Saturday, No. 33 Borna Coric, both said they have COVID-19.
The ATP said it “continues to urge strict adherence to responsible social distancing and health and safety guidelines to contain the spread of the virus.”
