The Aagman Sohala will be extra special this time as this year marks the 100th year of the celebration. The bringing in Lord Ganesha sees a pompous celebration with traditional bands being played and over hundreds of devotees gather to be a part of this procession. Lord Ganesh aartis and songs are played along in the procession along with the traditional dhol and tasha.

Chinchpokli Cha Chintamani Aagman Sohala 2019 will take place on August 11 from 2 pm. Since the Chinchpokli bridge is not too safe, the venue of the procession is from Ganesh Talkies to the Chintamani Mandap in Chinchpokali.
