Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], September 8 (ANI): Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed grief at the deaths of three persons in an accident at Jhulada village in Chamba district on Thursday, said an official statement from the state government.

The CM prayed to the almighty to give peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss, added the statement.

On the directions of the Chief Minister, the district administration has provided Rs 25,000 to the next of kin of the deceased and Rs 5,000 to the injured individuals. A seriously injured person has been provided immediate relief of Rs 10,000, according to the official statement.

The Chief Minister directed the authorities to provide the best possible treatment to the injured. (ANI)
