3. Echinacea

Antibacterial and Anti-inflammatory properties of Echinacea helps acne reduce much faster. Ancestral use of Echinacea was to healing wounds speedily and also preventing colds and flu. Echinacea tea facewash can help you have a glowing skin.

4. Aspirin

Aspirin contains salicylic acid in it which plays a major role in acne treatment it also helps in drying pimples and also by reducing inflammation. The best way to use it is by making a thick paste by adding a little water to it and then applying it to the affected area. However, you must be careful and do a patch test because you could be allergic to it.

5. Aloe vera

Making a face pack by adding rosewater, sandalwood powder along with Fuller’s earth (Multani Mitti) can make wonders to your skin.

8. Tea Tree Oil

One of the best natural remedies for acne is Tea Tree Oil.

Tea tree oil behaves as an antibacterial agent and purifies the pores. In addition, it helps eliminate the acne-causing bacteria. Applying one drop of tree tea oil to the affected area thrice a day can make your skin glow.

9. Cinnamon and Honey Mask

Mix one spoon of coconut oil, 1/2 spoon of cinnamon along with two tablespoons of pure honey. Apply it over your face but keeping it away from eyes as the cinnamon can be troublesome for the eyes. Relax for 10–15 minutes and gently wipe it with a wet cloth.

Holy basil is one of the most popular acne remedies. Loaded with acne bacteria fighting properties it has soothing effects on the skin. You can sip on some holy basil tea or can apply topically to the skin as a toner.
