Intermittent fasting is being followed by fitness models, celebrities.  This diet caught everyone's attention when Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston revealed that she follows Intermittent fasting to keep herself fit. Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where one has to assign particular hours of eating window and observe a fast during the rest of the time. Here, the main attention is given to food eating timing, rather than what one eats. The main reason why people lose weight in this diet is that they restrict themselves in terms of total calorie intake.

The three ways in which you can practise Intermittent Fasting are:
