A Nebraska man accused of killing a Tinder date slashed his own neck during the murder trial in the courtroom. While security officers ran to pick him, 52-year-old Aubrey Trail had already started bleeding across his neck. He yelled in Nebraska's Saline County District Court saying, "Bailey is innocent and I curse you all." Bailey Boswell is accused of first-degree murder in the death of 24-year-old Sydney Loofe. Both have been charged with first-degree murder in the killing and dismemberment of Sydney. Tinder Date Gone Wrong! Following the incident, the judge presiding over the case told the jury to return on Tuesday.  Following the incident in court, Judge Vicky L Johnson ordered that Aubrey should be kept handcuffed for the rest of his trial appearances. It is unclear how badly Aubrey was injured during the incident. As per reports, Aubrey's health has been deteriorating while in custody with two heart attacks and a stroke. In November 2017, Sydney met Bailey on dating app Tinder after which she went missing. According to the prosecutors, the men had together planned Sydney's kidnapping an killing. According to KLKN, Bailey used the name 'Audrey' to communicate with Sydney on Tinder. Sydney's body was dismembered and packed into different bags and scattered around Clay County. According to court documents, Bailey spoke to young women through social networking sites and he along with Aubrey selected a victim. According to the documents, they allegedly bought materials to kill and/or dismember Sydney and then disposed of her body.
