Amid, BJP-Shiv Sena tug of war for power, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut held a press conference in Mumbai. He said, “The face and politics of Maharashtra is changing, you will see. What you call 'hungama' (commotion) is not 'hungama', but the fight for justice and rights, victory will be ours.” Speaking on oath ceremony for the new Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Sanjay Raut said, “Oath ceremony will happen as it is not anyone’s monopoly.” Sanjay Raut on November 04 met the Governor, Bhagat Singh Koshyari in Mumbai. Although it is not certain whether Raut met the Governor to apprise him of the political situation in the western state, the Maratha leader had on November 03 claimed that the Shiv Sena had the support of more than 170 MLAs.
