India is officially under a lockdown for 21 days starting March 25. The Indian Administration has said those violating the lockdown face a fine or jail time under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code. However, to deter first-time violators Indian police have found instant measures to punish those breaking the stay-at-home orders.
