Wendy Williams Slams Meghan Markle; Says 'You Knew What You Were Doing'

Meghan Markle marrying Prince Harry is stuff that we see in Hallmark romantic movies. A Royal falls for a commoner and they get married. But after hearing Markle's replies to life after the royal wedding, it can be said that all that glitters is not gold. She mentioned how nobody asked her if she was okay during her iTV news interview. She also spoke about how tough it was to be a new mother. Wendy Williams, talk show host, slammed the Duchess on her show saying nobody is sorry for her.┬аMeghan Markle Holds Back Tears in an Emotional Interview, Fans Pour Support for Duchess of Sussex With #WeLoveYouMeghan! Meghan had said in the interview, "Look, any woman, especially when they are pregnant, youтАЩre really vulnerable and so that was made really challenging.┬аAnd then when you have a newborn тАФ you know ... especially as a woman, itтАЩs a lot. So you add [media attention] on top of just trying to be a new mum or trying to be a newlywed." It was the first time Meghan had opened up post wedding and motherhood. Fans showered her with support post the clip went viral but Williams felt she saw it coming and yet was onboard with it.

On the segment of her talk show, Hot Topics, William said, "Meghan, nobody feels sorry for you.┬аYou knew exactly what you were doing. And I applaud her plot-ation on the royal situation. But please, donтАЩt try to garner sympathy from us. You knew what you were doing." She was even of the opinion that should move to America to avoid the British press.

тАЬWhy not? I mean, move to America and live part time in Africa like you want to do. You have to still go back to England. The thing about moving to America is, youтАЩre┬аreally┬аkicking the royal thing out of your life. So have a place in all three places. Have a mansion in Malibu, a big hut тАХ┬аIтАЩve never been to Africa, I donтАЩt know тАХ┬аa big hotel or wherever youтАЩre gonna live in Africa and then have your royal palace-esque-type place in England," she added.
