Called Ken and Jane, the couple has similar life exposures and gene pool, as per reports by Daily Mail. 75-year-old Ken was diagnosed with breast cancer first. He first felt the lump while he was in the shower and then got it screened. In the 80s he was put on a blood pressure drug, and as the side-effect, his breast size increased. Screening found out a lump in his breast and after which he was showing symptoms of bleeding from the nipples which continued for a week. The doctors scheduled a surgery and, turned out that the lump was cancerous. After a few months, his wife Jane went for the annual mammogram that she has been getting done since she was 30. However, this power couple handled it cool-headedly. Ken guided her through it. He gave her an idea so as what to expect from the tests and treatments. It is very rare when such a scary condition like cancer happens to a couple in a very short time difference. However, it is commendable how the both Ken and Jane fought through breast cancer.
