Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur's Jersey has now got a new release date. The film will hit theatres on April 22 instead of April 14.
Looks like Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur's film Jersey is in legal trouble. As reported by TOI, the Gowtam Tinnanuri directorial has been accused of plagiarism. Reportedly, a writer namely Rajneesh Jaiswal has filed a case against the makers, alleging that Jersey's story is his. The same case is supposed to be heard in Mumbai HC today.
