There are bad people. Then there are the worst people. And then there are people who gave away Avengers: Endgame spoilers to unsuspecting people. Well, who knew Chris Evans fell in the latter category. But the Captain America actor did ruin the ending of Endgame to co-stars Anthony Mackie. The actor made the revelation while he was a guest on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. Firstly, Chris was very happy to be able to talk about Avengers: Endgame, after years, without the fear of giving away spoilers and being fired. So, he did not mind sharing the anecdote from the sets when he accidentally told Anothony, who plays Falcon in the MCU, that Cap's shield would go to him in the end. Knives Out Trailer: Chris Evans and Daniel Craig's Star-Studded Film Adds a Dangerously Stylish Spin to Agatha Christie's Murder Mystery.

Chris began, "While we were filming in Atlanta, I had already read the scene. I had a few people over to watch a football game or something and Mackie was the first one to show up,"

He further revealed, "I didn't know he didn't know what was gonna happen. And he showed up first and I said, 'Hey man, isn't that scene fantastic?' and he said, 'What scene?' And I said, 'The scene when I give you the shield.' And he said, 'You're giving me the shield?'"

Chris was a little worried that he told the secret to Anthony, but not for long as he soon brought his script to show it to his co-star. "I got to watch him read the scene for the first time where he's getting the shield and he was so happy and you immediately feel like, 'Man, maybe I robbed this moment from…maybe Kevin Feige deserved this,'" he said, turning this spoiler-heavy conversation into a sweet memory. Robert Downey Jr Wishes 'America's Ass' aka Chris Evans With a Hilarious Birthday Post, Leaves Avengers: Endgame Fans in Splits.

"It was so nice to share it with him. He was so happy and so deserving," Chris added, "It was a nice way to kind of have, just between us, the transition of characters. It was great."

We would love to get Anthony Mackie's reaction on how the ending was spoiled to him. The actor will be reprising the role in the upcoming web-series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, starring alongside Sebastian Stan.
