1 Bench Press

Sit at the decline bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Lie back and hold them in front of your chest and face your palms forward. Exhale and press the dumbbells up together over your chest. Inhale and lower the dumbbells and take them to the start position. Do 20 repetitions every day.

Put your hands on the floor parallel to your shoulders and lie flat on the ground. Now push your body onto your knees and pull your stomach in. Try and keep the body in a straight line. After a few seconds, push your body back down. It is one of the best breast reduction exercise.

3 Leg Raise

Lie flat on the floor and place your hands next to your butts or below them. Squeeze in the stomach muscles, inhale and lift your legs. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly exhale and lower your legs without touching the floor. Stand upright and place your palms each facing the thigh. Keep your elbows straight and raise your arms so they are parallel to the ground. Repeat the exercise with 10 second pauses.

Exercises like running, jogging and cycling are some of the best cardio exercises. 20 to 30 minutes a day can help reduce the fat around the breasts. This will also help reduce overall body fat.
