India on Sunday reported 61,871 COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours. The total number of coronavirus cases in the country inched closer to 75 lakh-mark on Sunday. India witnessed 1,033 deaths in a day, an increase of 196 fatalities as compared with the previous day.
