At least seven people were killed and six others were missing after heavy rainfall in 80 years in South Korea's capital region Seoul on Tuesday, August 9. Flooded metro stations and caused blackouts across the city and neighboring provinces. The torrential rains that started on Monday continued to cause flooding in parts of the city.
