The Argentina and Inter Miami star posted a comment on Jordi Alba's Instagram post where he announced his retirement from football at the conclusion of the MLS 2025 season. Earlier, Sergio Busquets, with whom Lionel Messi has also played a lot in his career, too had announced his retirement at the end of the MLS 2025 season.
