Narada Scam: Calcutta HC Allows TMC’s Petition Against Stay On The Bail Of Its Four Leaders, Matter To be Heard Tomorrow
This petition comes a day after four of its leaders were arrested by the CBI including two state ministers - Firhad Hakim and Subrata Mukherjee. All four leaders were taken to Presidency Correctional Home in Kolkata late on Monday night.
TMC had earlier today filed against the stay granted on the bail of its leaders accused in the Narada Scam.
Calcutta HC allows TMC’s recall petition on Division bench Chief Justice (acting) order of stay on bail of the 4 then ministers, in connection with Narada case. Matter to be heard tomorrow.
