A research paper called the "Effect of saffron on fluoxetine-induced sexual impairment in men" said that 30 mg of saffron daily, over four weeks, significantly improved erectile function related to antidepressants in men. Another analysis of six studies also showed that consuming saffron may help curb problems of erectile dysfunction, low libido, and overall performance in bed.
